Anyone else here trying to schedule a motion in Central East? I have for the past year now and they keep changing their procedures and there is absolutely no clear answer on what needs to be done. I've already went through the process of adding my file to the running list and now they are talking about first scheduling a date to discuss the possibility of getting a hearing date to be heard for the motion????? And that to waiting until December just to get to a triage judge??? Can anyone provide some insight on this as I am beyond frustrated with Central East.
