If I take 2 LSATs (one in november) will the law schools consider that score too?

I'm taking the September 2024 test in a couple weeks, but I also wanted to sign up to take the november one. I was wondering if my score is better for the november one, will they take that into consideration or are they just going to look at the september score? I'm just not sure if I'll do better if retake in october, since its less time to study. Should I risk it and do it in november or just take the october one?

If you do better in November, schools will take that LSAT score as your highest. As far as I know, there is no downside to taking the November test over the October test. If you feel as if you need the study time, take the November test. Schools will have your score in time to consider you for the first round.

If you are applying to McGill, they will take the average of your LSAT scores, no matter how many there are (and you must submit any score you have). I don't know whether any other schools do that.
