Work From Home (WFH) or Hybrid Policy?

I'm curious to know what the WFH policies have been now that its a couple years since total lockdown. I'm at a small firm in Toronto, and our policy is pretty hybrid, 2-3 days in office each week. How does this compare to some of the big firms downtown? I've heard that most big firms are 3 days in office, and a couple of them are at 4.

If you're at a big firm in Toronto (ex/ Blakes, McCarthy's, Tory's, etc), can you provide some insight on what the WFH policies currently are?

(anyone can reply to this topic, it isn't limited to the big downtown firms)

Thanks

Blakes Vancouver had a 3-day in-office policy. Though some groups were required by their department head to come in 5 days a week.

Most firms in Vancouver adopted a 3-day policy, though in my experience it wasn't always enforced.

There's rumors that my current employer is going to start checking when people scan their fobs so they can enforce the 3-day policy.

Formal policy of 3 days, but only certain groups actually monitor or enforce it (largely depending on whether the partners themselves want to be in office).

In-house. Hybrid. 3 days per week in office. Not enforced and I doubt they ever do so. Most lawyers come in 2x per week. Some almost never. Groups other than the Legal Department do tend to strictly enforce it though, from what I can tell.

Big Toronto firm, we are officially 3 days a week. Not enforced/tracked for the lawyers.
