Has anyone here taken Securities Regulation?

So far course seems interesting, however, the syllabus is pretty dense and the required reading is something else. Has anyone taken it and done well? If so, what was your strategy in terms of approaching/prioritizing material? If anyone is kind enough to share a summary w/me, I would be eternally grateful 🙂

I agree! I took the course in 2019 and I will private message it to you. Although I will warn you that securities law has substantially changed in 2021. So you might want to get a more recent version.
