Hi everyone,

Currently a 1L w/a public midterm coming up Oct 16th - struggling with how to digest public relative to everything else (all other cases in other courses seem so much more straightforward), outside of maybe others outlines and what not - are there any resources that help break down admin law or some of the big cases in public (i.e. vavilov, baker, etc)?? Or any just general study advice in general?? Any advice greatly appreciated!!

Grab an old public outline or two here. See if what they did makes sense to you. Look at past exams here, and figure out what you don't know how to address.

Generally though, focus on the rule / test(s). Figure out all the steps and how the court applied them. Figure out when you're supposed to apply each test and why. All you should care about is how to spot the issues on the exam and how you should address them.

Hope that helps.
