Proof of Language Proficiency

Hi everyone I have a question regarding the language proficiency requirement here! I am applying right now and want to use my college transcript as my proof of passive bilingualism. I got 6 credits taught at the intermediate level and I am planning to have another French class at a higher level for my final semester. Hence, I plan to use my transcript as my proof of passive bilingualism directly.

However, I found out that on McGill's website they said to demonstrate the ability, I need to highlight the relative classes and credits I've taken in my transcript. As the transcripts will be sent electronically through the National Student Clearinghouse System (I went to a U.S. college) directly, I wonder how I may be able to highlight the French classes I've taken on it. Has anyone ever tried to use this are their proof of passive bilingualism? How did you solve this problem?

Thank you so much!!
