Seeking advice

Hi 

I am applying for Fall 2025 session as a mature student. My undergrad is from another country. WES has received my transcripts for evaluation.  According to WES the typical time for course to course evaluation is 8 to 10 weeks, which will take me beyond the application cut off date. 

I am not sure what to do, although Western law school says they may consider my application even if the transcripts reach them late.

Should I go ahead and apply anyway or wait for my transcripts to evaluated and then apply for Fall 2026. 

Advice please!!!
