Just got accepted! Got an email to check status - it was blank this morning when I checked.

L2 3.94, cGPA 3.88, LSAT 165 (88th percentile)

Have some club experience and part time work but nothing crazy for softs.

It's my first choice so I will 99% be accepting!

Accepted today! No email yet but I checked the portal and my status was updated, along with a request to provide official transcripts.

L2 is approximately 3.44, highest LSAT 162 (81st percentile) - (taken 3 times, January LSAT score is pending). Strong softs with varied work experience in my opinion. Applied general.

Quite frankly in disbelief — I thought applying here was a shot in the dark. 160 lsat and L2 is a 3.9x olsas

In at UCalgary, finished application late September/early October can’t quite remember. Currently in undergrad and updated unofficial transcript January 1st!

3.7/164 (L2) Decent WE/ECs for someone still in undergrad I’d say.

accepted/deposited.

Message or comment for more details. No email just randomly checked portal during a seminar.

3.75 L2 GPA, 161 LSAT, strong softs. I will be accepting. Does anyone know info about an open house for admitted students?

For admitted students that would be the dean's welcome.  They are generally around April, though I'm not sure if that information would be out yet, or if they are doing it this year.

@electricfeels @PetrY I haven't heard anything yet re: the Dean's Welcome for a date. I suspect they'll be sending out that info in the next few weeks. I'd recommend keeping an eye on your UCalgary email once you have that set up - from what I've gathered on the forums, in previous years people have missed communications by not checking the institutional email we get after accepting and getting the IT portal setup.

We do have a WhatsApp Community going for students who have accepted and paid the deposit to build some social connections and share info like that - feel free to PM me if you've accepted and paid the deposit, and I can add you to the community.

Got accepted on January 20th,

I updated my stats on reddit but just updating here:

LSAT 161, GPA 3.78

Internships at utility companies over the summers in undergrad and owned a seasonal construction company. Decent volunteer experience - school mentorship program and urbanism initiatives.

Just an update re: the Dean's Open House - they still haven't sent out the invitations yet so don't worry if you haven't seen one yet. Invites will go to all accepted students whether you've confirmed acceptance/paid a deposit yet or not. It will be on March 24, in the evening.

Just accepted! So excited as this school was my first choice and my first acceptance. Though this is my first post, thanks to many in this forum for the advice.

Stats: 3.7/4.0 L2 GPA, 166 LSAT (January 2025 First Take), BSC Degree, 6 years work experience in a unrelated field, decent softs, strong PS (imo)

Feeling was so surreal working towards something over the last 6-7 years and finally reaching one of your goals. 7sage 2 month study schedule ftw. For reference I got my scores for the exam on February 6th and accepted today the 14th.

Accepted Feb 14

Stats: CGPA: 2.85, L2: 3.7, LSAT: 168. Great softs, got my paralegal licence to practice in Ontario. I have been working in personal injury law for 2 years. I have 3+ years Canadian military experience, infantry reserve officer. My PS was all about my low CGPA

With my CGPA, I had a lot of anxiety applying to law school. Feels great being accepted, definitely one of my top choices.
