Hello again, friends. Got the call and portal update today. Assigned A, 170 LSAT. Pretty pumped.

Got the call today at 1pm PST from "T.R.U". Email came a couple of hours after. Paid the $600 to hold the seat.

- L20 GPA 3.42 (assigned A-)

- LSAT 161 (October score)

- General category

- Application completed on Oct 28th

- No mention of a scholarship in the email

- 15 years of web/software development experience

- 1,100 hours of Crisis Line volunteering over 4 years

- B.C. resident

I applied last year and they reused the transcripts so I didn't have to send them again this year. Assigned A- didn't show up in the summary last year or this year (had to email them last year).

Based on the numbers from the past 2 years, I'm surprised I got an offer this early - I was expecting a response earliest in February or waitlisted in late April like last year.

Congrats! Don't you have until the end of March to pay your deposit? P.S my background is also in computing but a bit of UX too. LOL

Thanks! It's nice to know that there's going to be software/web dev people in the cohort!

And yes, the due date to pay the commitment fee is March 31st. I applied to TRU, Lakehead, and Windsor, but it's really just Windsor or TRU. I was expecting to hear back from Windsor earliest in April/May, so for sure I'm going to secure the seat at TRU. I might just stick with TRU since they were nice enough to accept me this early.

Got the call on November 14th. Indigenous applicant, April LSAT 157 (got a 159 on the November LSAT after I had already been accepted). GPA 4.1/4.33 after drops. Will be waiting to hear from other schools before I accept.

Thank you! Some of my softs include non-profit work in mental health & addictions, a research-based internship, and volunteer experience in the criminal justice system. My most recent LSAT attempt was in June of this year.

LSAT: 162

Weak to mid softs. Three years full time work experience post-undergrad.

Last 20 courses 3.3 assigned B econ major from Ucalgary 

162 lsat aug writing

3 years in fraud prevention at a bank (Part/full time work) + Volunteering at the court house (1 yr) + Volunteering at Ngo to assist families in need (10 yrs+)  

Applied as a discretionary applicant

Were you assigned a letter grade when your transcripts went through or was that assigned later?  My transcripts showed up on the portal a couple weeks ago but I haven't gotten a letter grade yet.

I called the admissions office on Friday because I was in the same boat, they told me that everything is fine its just that they haven't manually assigned a grade yet and that it should be done soon

I have a 3.3 L2 and 158 LSAT (Jan 2025), when should I expect a response (whatever it is). And what are the chances if anyone’s can give me an insight? Thanks so much. The anxious waiting is taking over me completely.
