I thought I did decently but everyone I know seems to have done better than me.

Pretty respectable grades OP. I wouldn’t stress. The median number of H’s for a successful 2L recruit is 4, so you’re halfway there!

Also keep in mind that people who did better are more likely to disclose their marks.

You are far from "cooked." First, things can change dramatically for better or worse with your 1L final grades and 2L grades. 

Assuming you maintain this average, you're still competitive for jobs and summer positions, but if a major firm makes an offer you'd probably need to take it since 2 offers in unlikely (*** that being said, it's hard to predict anything, and I'm assuming you interview decently well).

Graduating from U of T still carries weight even if your grades are pretty mid.

Those were exactly my grades my first term of UofT, and I've had a very successful career at the school. Law school is a marathon, in which there is plenty of room for growth, not a sprint. Have heart!
