My B3 is lower than my CGPA?

My undergrad started with covid, and later I became a transfer student, and then I had to deal with a school strike and I have had to take a fifth year

these events have resulted in some holes in my record, I only have 1 year out of the five where I took 5 courses per semester, technically my first year was also 5 per semester but one of those courses per sem was a pass/fail, so it makes it 4 for GPA purposes

Also in my second year I only took a full semester in the fall and no courses in the winter (was in the process of transferring) I ended up with a 2022 GPA of 3.95 from that one semester

With all that I managed to get an OLSAS CGPA of 3.91 when all years are combined

However, since I am trying to get into U of T, they take your B3 but they won't count my second year because they say in their website they only count years that include both fall and winter courses

so if I remove that second year my B3 GPA falls to 3.90

I know the difference doesn't seem like much, but I am very worried since my LSAT is already below the median. I did retake the LSAT in Jan and I am waiting for my results. Does anyone have any insight on the impact having a lower B3 would cause

It's a very niche case that would only happen alongside some administrative shenanigans. The difference between your cGPA and B3 is not significant enough to waste time worrying about.
