Anyone receive any news on interviews yet? Or, does anyone know when they will start giving interviews?

Interesting! Do you remember when you were given an offer?

All the clinics release offers at the same time  (unless youre on some kind of waitlist I guess) -- the date should be in your application guide

Ahh, this makes sense. I was under the impression that all offers are on a rolling basis. But, I was wrong. Thanks for the clarification

I was interviewed for Criminal Intensive and Innocence Project (Osgoode) around February 10 of my 2L year (with acceptance email sent Feb 24). I imagine Business Clinic is around the same. Some students get accepted to multiple clinics/intensives, so they want to streamline everything so "runners up" can replace people who don't accept a spot in a clinic.

*** For clarity, I have no idea if the Business Clinic does interviews. I am only commenting on when interviews were for those clinics that did have interviews.

Last year they were 15 minute short interviews. Very conversational.

You'll want to have an answer as to why you're applying to the clinic, why you're interested in criminal law, and why you want to work with defence/Crown/judge or why you don't care which of the three.

Beyond that just be ready to talk about whatever is on your resume.

I just finished the interview. Were you accepted into the program when you applied and were interviewed for it? I have some follow-up Q's if you could indulge me in your personal mailbox. Let me know.

Sorry for being slow to respond. I hope you got it! I was told by my interviewer at my interview that I was likely accepted.
