UOttawa vs Osgoode vs Western

Not interested in Big-law. Looking mostly at defence or government work but not 100% deadset. Would rather work long-term in Toronto than Ottawa or London, but am open to moving around for work. Cost (both rent and tuition) are a factor but not the be all end all. Not looking for a super cutthroat environment (somewhat worried about Oz/Western for this). Ultimately a question of whether Osgoode prestige advantage is worth the cost/potential environment concern.
