Customize unread content button

I have set up a custom activity stream that just shows me new content in the few forums I want to follow. On the old ls.ca, I was able to somehow get the "unread content" button on the right to link to that custom activity stream. Any idea if that's possible here too? I am probably just too dumb to figure it out for myself.

Try clicking on Stream Options in the right corner of the stream and click "Set as your default stream"?
