Chances? Retake LSAT?

I just got my August LSAT back and scored a 167. I have previously applied to UBC law so I know my confirmed GPA with drops is 83.11. This puts me at a 92.02 index and I'm not sure if I should retake or not. My PT average was 168.8 over my last 15-20 PTs, but I have not studied since writing August. I am currently signed up for October (but have the option to get a full refund by cancelling my registration in the next two days).  

Any advice would be appreciated!
