Room for Rent

Hello,

My roommate and I (both U of T Law Students; he's a 3L and I'm a 2L) have an empty room in a three-bedroom apartment, available starting in June.

It’s located close to Keele subway station (a bit more than an hour commute to Osgoode). Rent for the room is $1050 (plus internet and Hydro) and it is about (rough estimate) 140 square feet, PLUS a closet of about 16 square feet. It is pre-furnished with an AC window-unit and a bookshelf.

Apartment has a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, in-suite laundry, storage space, a dining table, a TV, and a couch.
