How Big of An Effect Do Softs Have? Weak EC's and don't expect letters of rec to be anything special

Also how big of an effect will a few retakes and 2 w's on my transcript have (withdrawals and classes I retook were early in university) 

 

Otherwise I have relatively decent stats 

LSAT 167

CGPA: 3.45

L2 3.7

In terms of ECs, it depends on the school, so I can't tell you whether that will affect you without knowing where you're applying. Some are very stats based, some are more holistic. Your retakes and a couple Ws won't matter. For what it's worth, my stats are different but I had no remarkable ECs and my reference letters were probably very average, and it didn't stop me from getting offers.
