Rolling Admissions - When is "Early" in the Cycle?

For schools with true rolling admissions (Dal, UNB, UVic that I can think of off the top of my head), would applying right now or in the next week or so still be considered very early? Is there any big advantage to applying now versus in mid-October? I've taken the LSAT already and have a good personal statement, but can't help but shake the feeling that I could improve on it if I spent a bit more time revising and editing....
