OLSAS Transcript Request Question

Hello everyone! 
Could be a silly question, but I'm slightly confused about the transcript request process through OLSAS. I requested my transcripts to be sent immediately in Sept but have seen no progress. I became worried and tried to get in contact with both my university registrars office & OLSAS. 

Are your transcripts actually sent out to OLSAS after you have completed your application similar to your LSAT score? Do we submit our applications even though it shows no documents received for transcripts?

Yes, from what I understand your transcript request will only be requested for once your application has been submitted, which can take 2-5 days after submission, so don't worry.
