Any previous students have experiences with uOttawa's exchange program?

I'm a 1L and my first priority is to get used to school again in first semester so that I can do as well as I can.

That said, something I never did in undergrad was do an international exchange. Assuming by 3L the COVID/Travel situation improves, I'd be interested in going on an exchange somewhere for a change of pace and hopefully good/interesting learning opportunities.  

Has anyone, prior to COVID upending the system, gone on an exchange in 2L or 3L? How was your experience, would you do it again? Or if you you didn't go on exchange, thinking back on it now would you have done it?
