Chances? 3.28 cGPA, 3.68 cGPA 165 LSAT

I think you are definitely a viable candidate. 

For comparison, I applied during the 2020/2021 cycle, and I had a cGPA 3.45/ L2B2 3.8+/ LSAT 162. 

I appled to a Osgoode, Queen's, Western, Ottawa, and was accepted only to Queen's at the very end of June after being rejected/waitlisted by everyone else. 

Now of course, I don't know the exact degree to which your somewhat higher LSAT versus my somehwat higher GPA makes the decisive difference. But in any event, your stats are still comparable to mine - so based on that, I do think you have a sporting chance, espcially since this year's cycle is more relaxed compared to the last one.
