I haven’t taken my lsat yet actually but for the last couple weeks I’ve gotten consistently a 160-165 on the test (take it every couple of days ish)

Top choices are UBC, Osgoode and OttawaU. I’m interested mostly in social Justin and International law.

Other stuff: extracurriculars in Mentorship, running a society, and was part of a UN council/Peace training in Korea a couple years ago.

im a bit worried about my lsat score dragging me down because I don’t always test very well, and I was definitely aiming higher than a 160

It's pointless to chance you until you have an official LSAT score.

What I can tell you is unfortunately, social Justin is a very esoteric and select area of law. Justin himself is very selective, so I wouldn't bank on getting in.

You need an actual score first to make any real prediction. This theoretical 3.9 GPA and 160 LSAT person probably has a good shot at Osgoode and Ottawa.

Also, sounds like you need to tweak your LSAT studying. 160-165 is a huge range and by the sounds of this post you sometimes score even lower than 160. I would look at tweaking your prep and drilling down where you are doing poorly. Around the middle of my prep I would score in a wide range as well 160-16high. For me drilling logic games helped my consistency. Also, tweaking strategies for RC helped me bring down the variance in my score.

One last note, assume you will suffer a "test day penalty" and score at the bottom of the range you practice at. I scored at the bottom of the range I had been practicing at and this is quite common.
