I know my cGPA is bad but how much higher should my LSAT be so I can be fairly confident I will get in a lawschool?

I think for this one you'll need to specify L2 and which schools you're interested in.

My L2 is complicated. In third year, I have one 81 grade and the rest are "pass" because of covid. I'm applying broadly to most Ontario schools and Id be happy getting into any law school but because of my B2 i think my best bet is queens. I think I can improve my LSAT by January and I know the higher the score the better but i'm curious what LSAT with my gpa can 'guarantee' i get in somewhere(as much as anything can be a guarantee lol)
