Windsor dual

Can I submit my applications NOV 1 without completing the dual application by Nov 1? Or is it better to leave dual unselected. If I choose to unselect dual for now, will I have to have my referee's resend references and do I have to submit my transcripts when I apply to dual at a later time?

I applied to the dual in January. Take a couple weeks off to enjoy yourself, apply to the dual before Christmas would be my recommendation. 

 

All your documents from the single application will still be there and shipped to the dual people if you end up applying.
