Hi everyone, hope you're doing well!

I remember applying to both U of T and Queen's for acceptance to undergrad way back in 2015, but have since lost any confirmation emails/mail containing any application ID or student number associated with the application. I'm pretty positive I wasn't even admitted to U of T back then, but the question is weirdly worded as it asks "Have you ever applied to any program at the University of Toronto? If yes, please specify the year you applied and your University of Toronto Student Number."

Any insight would be much appreciated!
