Hey everyone,

I've been sending thank you emails to my interviewers but wanted to know whether its common practice to also send a quick thank you note to the student program director on the last day of the firm's interview process (taking into account they were not present in the interview).

thank you for any and all insight!

In follow up to this, should we take it as an indication of anything if they don’t respond?

No. They are getting dozens of emails per hour.
