undergrad is in Engineering, not sure if it matters?

What are my chances at any school in Canada

Unfortunately your LSAT is not competitive at any school, that will significantly decrease your chances. How much did you study for the LSAT? ie what are the odds you can improve it? Would strongly suggest re-writing and trying to improve your score
