Do firms call right at 5:00pm on call day?

Hey everyone, once I used my first choice language with my top choice they had me meet with a student committee member almost immediately. This firm doesn't do day 3 interviews but they all seemed enthusiastic. However, the firm doesn't really give tips as to if they are calling you on call day, rather they keep it more secretive. Do calls come in right at 5:00pm on call day and will they tell you if you have not received an offer?
