UOttawa - Application Update - Incomplete?

Hi everyone! 

I just got an email from UOttawa saying they received my app, but then I got another email right after indicating that there were changes made to my admission file. When I logged on, it said my file was incomplete and missing all the associated documentation (transcript, LSAT score, sketch, personal statements, etc). Is this normal, as it's still very early? Or do I need to follow up to make sure they can get all my stuff from OLSAS?
