Have not heard any calls -- should I lose hope

There's still a chance you're on a firm's backup list and can get a call if someone who got an offer said they'd think about it and then later rejected, but over an hour later, there's probably very few of those spots left.

If there's a firm you thought you did particularly well with, you could always call them, ask whether all offers have gone out, and reaffirm your interest if a spot opens up. Chances of that actually working are admittedly pretty low, but there's no real downside.

If you did not get calls for an hour then it is more than likely that you are out of luck. Not to worry, most students will not secure a job in this recruit. That is just the nature of it. Over the next several days, weeks, and months, there will be countless job postings that are made available through your school's career development office. About as many students (or perhaps more) will get a job this way. You can also reach out to firms directly and look at their websites to see if they are hiring. My recommendation would be to make an appointment with your CDO so that you formulate a plan of attack moving forward, but you are fairly likely to land a job in the next few weeks through career postings on your school's CDO website. Best of luck!
