How accurate is NALP Canada  for salary's for firms that participated in the recruit? Not sure if I'll see any surprises in the contract so would be nice to know! I am sorry if this is a stupid question lol

NALP doesn't reflect the recent raises at the bigger firms for associates, but otherwise it's accurate and updated annually to my knowledge. But note that summer wages are the same as they were prior to the raises anyways
