When do people start looking for a place in Toronto for the summer?

Does anyone know if the firms provide assistance for students to rent a place in TO? 

assistance = who to contact, places that students usually rent from. I know the firms will not help with $$.

Either way, look on the UofT St George fb housing group, you'll likely find a summer sublet there

Barring some massive resurgence in COVID, I'd be very surprised if firms weren't at least partially in person by the summer. Many firms I spoke to through the recruit were already partially in person.
