Incomplete Application (Missing Transcript) - University of Ottawa

Anyone else have an "incomplete application" according to uoZone? I don't know if this is normal or if I should be really worried at this point. All the other documentation and information seems to have been received by the university besides my transcript.

Any advice on what I should do - if anything?

It will be useful to contact OLSAS on Monday. you can send them messages via SAM.

I would check to see if olsas has received your transcript first.. this can be found under document tracking. If they have and it’s still not on uozone, give it a few more days.. it can take ~2 weeks for uozone to update depending on when your transcript was received by olsas.

Under "Document Tracking," it says that the transcript hasn't been received. But under "Transcripts," it does say that the status is "Sent." I'll still message OLSAS though.

Under transcripts it will say “received” when olsas get it and there will be a “1” under doc tracking. “Sent” only means olsas has sent the transcript request to your school. Sounds like olsas hasn’t gotten it yet from your school or they have and it’s not reflecting yet. CGPA isn’t calculated and shown on olsas till early December so I wouldn’t worry too much yet. Once olsas has it, it’ll show up on Ottawa too 🙂
