Not sure what you mean by their marketing team, but I'll say that they've been the most approachable school I've applied to. They send regular but not incessant emails, have held multiple admissions seminars in the past months, and are quick to answer emails. Very approachable.

Oh God... Am I a part of their marketing?!

I noticed that too. They post some sweet IG ads, and have active IG & reddit accounts.
