Retake LSAT or apply to a different school?

So I unfortunately did not do as well as I had hoped for my second LSAT. Should I try for the January LSAT? My PTs score were higher but I'm thinking I should take the LSAT at a later date when I have more time to review. Also, I was hoping to get some thoughts about whether or not I should apply to a school that is not my top pick. The school I would consider has lower admission stats, so my GPA and LSAT score would have more of a fighting chance.

i think your stats are on the low end. I'd say if you can afford it financially and time wise, go for it! The new LSAT policy definitely makes it less stressful to retake
