Applied to UofT, Osgoode, Queens, Western, Ottawa. I had terrible first semester grades (including a failed course), but since my first semester I have a 3.99 GPA. OLSAS cGPA comes out to 3.80. Basically wondering if law schools will consider the fact that the cGPA isn't so reflective of my grades from the past 2.5 years. Given the rise in median stats the past couple years, I feel on the cusp of Osgoode and a stretch at UofT. The rest I think I'll be in given my L2. Thoughts?

You should be good for Osgoode, Queen's, Western, and Ottawa. As for UofT, I'll assume your B3 is roughly a perfect 4.0 given how strong your grades were since first semester. With a perfect or near-perfect B3 and an LSAT score 3 points below the median (excluding last year), I think you'll be good to go, but I wouldn't go as far as saying it's a guarantee. Best of luck this cycle!
