I hope you all are well!

Do Windsor single and/or dual take into account cGPA, L2 or both?

They don't place greater emphasis on any of the things you listed, instead, they look at all parts of your application and everything is weighed equally (LSAT, CGPA, upwards trends, work experience, EC, etc)
