Are non-credit university courses considered in any Ontario law schools' GPA calculation?

I was thinking of taking a non-credit course at a different university to fulfil a course requirement for a potential post-undergraduate program I have been considering. I would take it at my current university, but none of the courses offered at my university is an equivalent for the course requirement.

I am just wondering if the grade I receive in that non-credit course be factored into my GPA calculation by Ontario law schools, more or less around the Toronto area (i.e., Queens, Western, UofT, Osgoode, etc.)?

OLSAS will consider grades from all universities attended, even if your alma matter won't accept it as a transfer credit.

For what it's worth, I took a non-credit language course over the summer and I did have to submit the transcript to OLSAS but it was not included in the GPA calculation. So it might be case by case.
