Chance Me Please: cGPA 3.31; L2 3.8; LSAT 169

Hello everyone,

Upward trend on my GPA. First two years 2.8 cGPA, last two years 3.8 cGPA. 4 year break between 2nd and 3rd year. Business owner, strong personal statement and extra curriculars. Mature student (30+) 

I know the cGPA in on the lower end but I had extenuating circumstances in my first two years which I feel I adequately explain in my personal statement.

I had worse stats last year and got in, was also a mature candidate. (2.93 cGPA, but B2/L2 was barely above 3), same LSAT. Make sure to get good reference letters and to really bang out some fire personal statements that have been checked over by a few people.

Appreciate the reply. That’s refreshing to hear. I was very uncertain given everything I’ve read about the cGPA median being around 3.7. Glad to hear that they’re holistic in that sense.

I got in with only slightly higher stats 3.47 GPA and 171 LSAT
