Not sure my experience is terribly relevant since it's from the 2020 cycle, but I was waitlisted at that time with similar stats (153 LSAT & 3.7/4 L2, strong SK connection).

USask Admissions at the time was very kind and offering feedback on applications when requested, and they mentioned I needed to raise my LSAT score. I've since done that and am hoping to get in this cycle. Just my personal experience though.

Thinking I'm going to just barely miss out. What do you guys think?

Unless you have some stellar life experience/work experience/extracurriculars, etc. I think that LSAT is going to hinder your chances. Especially if this cycle ends up being as competitive as ours was last year.

I'm curious to know how strong your SK connection is.

A 153 LSAT score is going to mean that you'll probably be waitlisted. Your GPA is good though - which is good news. It's more difficult to rectify a low GPA than it is to raise an LSAT score. I'd say, then, that with a strong SK connection your chances are low but still possible. If you can raise your LSAT score even 2-3 points, your odds would go up substantially.

Good luck with your application!
