Inquiries about student residence at Osgoode Hall

I am searching about the student residence at Osgoode.

Considering the expense and the networking with fellow students, I would prefer Osgoode Chambers.

 

But one thing that make me concern is that I heard students have to go out from their rooms during holidays and summer vacation - I heard it from non-law school students.

I would like to know whether this applies to law school students as well.

And it would be great whether summer residence could be achieved easily in the case of law school students.
