Mainly interested in pursuing corporate law, how much of difference is there between the two in terms of career outcomes?

Osgoode placed 39% last year and Queen's placed 25% in the 2L OCI recruit (keeping in mind that not all of these are corporate law jobs). I've also noticed that Osgoode attracts a fair amount of people that are not interested in doing corporate law (as evidenced by some of the recent posts of people turning down U of T to go to Osgoode to pursue non-corporate law careers). I have not noticed this with Queen's as the younger, largely homogeneous student body tends to lean towards corporate law.

That being said, you can do corporate law from most law schools if that includes non-Big law jobs. It won't be that difficult for you to get into even a small or medium-sized corporate firm. If you want to maximize your chances of landing Big law, you probably want to just go to Osgoode.
