Wondering if anyone has any advice they might be willing to share. I'm hoping to pursue IP/Technology Law (albeit that could easily change once I actually attend school...). I'm aware UVic is not known for this area but the tuition (and living on the island) make it an appealing choice. I'm open to working in either province as I would be more focused on the right opportunity as opposed to the province the job is located in hence the decision between the two. Essentially I'm wondering if one school would open more doors for the areas I'm hoping to pursue as opposed to the other. Thanks for any input!!

Yes, go to Queen's. You want to start your career off in Big law or an IP boutique firm. There are more of these jobs in Ontario than in Vancouver. You want to be gunning for the Ottawa IP recruit and the Toronto Big law recruit. Compare the list of employers in these respective recruits.
