Withdrawing From a Course

Hello, I am considering withdrawing from a 2nd year (year-long course). I've made a mistake on the paper, and fear it could result in a plagarism issue with another course (same topic). Is there severe complications with withdrawing from a course. I do not need it to graduate, it was for pleasure, and yes it will show up as withdrawal.

NOTE: I SAY POTENTIAL AS IN I HAVEN'T SUBMITTED IT YET.

One withdrawal on a transcript won't be a red flag. You're likely fine to withdraw.

Withdrawing looks a heck of a lot better than an academic offence, which has to be reported when you apply to law school and also to the licensing body in the jurisdiction in which you are called. In this scenario withdraw, withdraw, withdraw.

For what it’s worth I had a withdrawal on my transcript and had no trouble getting offers.
