I got my lsat 145 with one weeks preparation. I am sure I need to try next year. Still is there any chance for Windsor or Lakehead ?

Very, very, very, very unlikely. A sub 150 is basically a guaranteed rejection. Anybody that is a data nerd can corroborate with findings from previous cycles and correct me if I am wrong. 

Regardless, breaking into the 150s is very doable and you should not find it too difficult to get something in the high 150s!
