How long does it take for OLSAS to receive and send acceptances?

Hi, apologies if this is a silly question, but I am very worried about it and haven't been able to find too much info. Basically, I received an acceptance from UOttawa but with a very short deadline of April 12th to respond (less than 2 weeks). I took some time to respond because I was deciding between Ottawa and another school I was accepted to. I just submitted by acceptance but now I'm worried my response won't be received by the April 12th deadline.

As far as I know, everything is done within 2-3 business days and so I think I'll be okay, but since the timeline is so tight I'm concerned that I may just miss the deadline? Would it make sense to email the school or OUAC and explain this? Should I send proof that I responded before April 12th?

It’s not a silly question at all! Tomorrow, log into OLSAS and click on the “chat” feature in the top part of the website. You can choose to talk through text! Ask them this question!
