Deferral Request

Does anyone know if Ottawa is processing deferral requests now, or only after July 1?  I (sadly) have to defer and I submitted my request mid-March.  I didn't hear anything so I sent an email asking about it last week, but I still haven't heard anything.  

I'm suspecting that everyone is still working from home so I'm hesitant to call them, so does anyone know if they are actually looking at it right now?  It'd be nice to even get an acknowledgement that they received my email and allow another person in this cycle.

I actually deferred my admission in 2019. To receive a deferral, you need to do followings: First, you must have a legitimate reason. (for my case, I had to complete my Masters degree, and my request was approved.) Second, you have to firmly accept your admission to the Common Law Section via the OLSAS. Third, you have to pay the deposit. Hope it helps.
