I have a cGPA of 3.17, 164 lsat first write. Most law schools have not gotten back to me, first rejection was from UWO today, and accepted across the board in the U.K. Should us people that haven’t been waitlisted or heard back from schools like Windsor and Bora Laskin be hopeful that we haven’t heard back so we may be in line to be accepted, or take this as a negative?

You've been accepted across the board in the U.K because you didn't apply to OxBridge + LSE. Schools like Leicester and Sussex are blood sucking vampires that want your loan money. An exaggeration for sure, but those schools will be more willing to accept you because of the extra money they can get from you.

As for your Canadian prospects, it depends on where you applied and the rest of your candidature. That cGPA isn't hot, you should focus on L2 schools if you have a nice upwards trend. You mention Lakehead and Windsor, but not other lower stat schools like UNB, UManitoba, TRU - Did you apply outside of Ontario? Your chances will be much greater if you did. Much easier to end up practicing in Ontario by going to UManitoba than a UK school.

If you can get into a Canadian school it should take immediate priority over any foreign school option. Good luck!
