Real Estate Law Clerk

Hello all!

First time posting.

I have worked for a few years at the MTO (Ministry of Transportation of Ontario) and as well as the MGCS (Ministry of Government and Consumer Services). Very great places to work, but I have moved and taken a Real Estate Law Clerk position at a Law Firm in the new city I am in. (located in Ontario)

I don't have much of a background in Real Estate (I did some conveyancing with MTO) and I was wondering if someone could give me some pointers. I start next week. Mainly what I am looking for is a sample checklist acting for vendor / purchaser (I think this is where ill get tripped up if I skip certain steps), after that I believe in my skills to draft documents and contact clients and so on.

If anyone can make a quick sample checklist so I could prepare myself for my first files that would be so great.

Thank you all!
