I just received a scholarship from one school and one of the requirements of the scholarship is to provide a firm acceptance. However, I am also waitlisted at my dream school as of now. 
 

Would complying with the scholarship condition by firm accepting the offer kick me out of the waitlist at my dream school?

If both schools in this scenario are OLSAS schools, then yes - switching your acceptance to firm at one will take you out of contention at the other.
